About Aguinald’s
Aguinald’s Handyman & Painting LLC was founded in 2012 by Aguinaldo Rivera — a second-generation craftsman who grew up in his father’s shop in Puerto Rico, learning to plaster, paint, and trim out heritage homes before he could drive.
What started as a one-truck operation in Belle Isle has grown to a tight, three-crew outfit that’s completed over 840 homes across the Orlando metro. We’re small on purpose. Every project is led by a senior craftsman who walks the space with you, sets the standard for the crew, and stays accountable through the final walk-through.
We measure success in two ways: how the finish looks the day we leave, and whether you call us back next time something needs doing. After twelve years and 840 homes, the answer to the second one is usually yes.

What we believe
01 / 04
Sanding, patching, priming, masking. The boring part is the whole job. 90% of finish failure is prep failure.
02 / 04
Detailed, itemized, fixed-price. No moving target. No surprise change orders. No deposits to schedule.
03 / 04
Drop cloths down before tools come out. Daily cleanup. Your home stays livable for your family the whole time.
04 / 04
We give you a window and we honor it. If we're running late, you'll hear from us before you wonder where we are.
The Crew

Aguinaldo personally trains every crew member on the same brush technique, prep sequence, and quality bar. No green hires sent out alone.
That’s how a 16-person operation delivers museum-grade finish work at residential prices — without bottlenecking on one set of hands.
